Answers &
Insights produces market research services predominately for the
healthcare industry. Our services are performed by recruiting
respondents: physicians, hospital professionals, nurses, pharmacists
and patients to participate in face to face focus groups, online
surveys or telephone administered surveys. We are known in the
industry for our ability to get projects done without error and at
amazing speeds. Our success is our ability to reach out to
potential respondents, get past the gatekeepers and offer them the
opportunity to participant for paid compensation.
The position of
Market Research Call Center Director has been created to take our
fast growing company to the next level. The candidate must have
experience in, or extensive knowledge of, the market research
industry and experience in an aggressive outbound operation.
The candidate
will adopt our current practices and development an efficient plan
to improve our operation in the terms of:

Recruiting and
retaining quality operators
-
Expanding and
enhancing our training program
-
Developing a
comprehensive monitoring program which will include coaching,
counseling and terminating low performing reps
-
Enhancing our
supervisors’ ability to coach operators
-
Discovering
and implementing methods to increase department productivity and
effectiveness
