Answers & Insights has experienced, highly skilled moderators who can help you with all your qualitative needs.  All of our seven moderators have received training at Burke or the RIVA Institute.  They are schooled in qualitative techniques – from building rapport to probing for details to making sure the interview is a conversational discussion, not simply a question and answer session.  Collectively, our moderators have conducted nearly 7,000 indepth interviews and 2,500 focus/mini groups on topics ranging from new pharmaceutical products to city beautification.  Answers & Insights also has state-of-the-art suites in its downtown Indianapolis building.
