Internet surveys

Answers & Insights programs all types of Internet surveys, from simple five-minute sales detail evaluations to complex one-hour physician surveys.  Using state-of-the-art software packages, our programmers can tackle complicated skip patterns, randomization and rotation of questions/survey sections, insertion of graphics, videos and specialized text, dynamic calculations, "total" checks and much more.  Our Internet capabilities are supported by three T1 lines and six servers for inbound and outbound Internet surveys at our Indianapolis facility.  To maintain speed and quality, we do not subcontract this service.  We host all surveys on our own servers for quality and confidentiality.  After surveys go live, Answers & Insights monitors all data collection and is available to respondents via telephone in case they have any questions.

Telephone surveys

Answers & Insights runs its own telephone operations to provide you with quick fielding and high-quality data.  We have 25+ telephone interviewers who have proven experience in talking with respondents throughout the healthcare industry.  Our interviewers are extensively trained and have experience on a wide variety of healthcare topics.  They are trained on each research project as well as on general interviewing practices, such as probing, accurate data entry and conducting a conversational interview.  Our interviewers  know what it takes to get the right people on the telephone and encourage them to participate in our research and provide actionable, accurate information.  Answers & Insights has onsite monitoring and recording to ensure quality data collection.  In addition to traditional phone surveying, we can implement surveys via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) as well.

Mail surveys

Answers & Insights has experience with mail surveys to many types of healthcare professionals.  From constructing the survey and doing the layout and design of the piece to printing, mailing and tabulating data, the entire process is managed in-house.  Because we own our printing and mailing facilities, we can quickly administer mail surveys and boost response rates.  We can send invitations to your potential respondents via fax, email and mail.  This helps ensure we meet your project timelines.  This is also helpful when your project requires a printed component or a mail/FedEx process.  It also allows us to fulfill honorarium in a quick, efficient manner.

In-store surveys

Answers & Insights is able to capture and analyze shopping behavior using an in-store methodology.  We have conducted blinded and unblinded surveys using this methodology – typically in pharmacies.  We have observed shoppers in real situations and determined the reasons behind their actions.  This methodology can help us understand purchase decisions, perceptions of various brands, the influence of store design/shelf placement and more.  (We can also do in-store qualitative research, such as focus groups, one-on-one interviews and shopalongs.)

Mall Intercepts

Answers & Insights is able to conduct mall intercept research in a quick and relatively inexpensive manner.  This technique is particularly helpful when clients are looking for special groups (teenagers, women, etc.) of consumers.  We have used this method to gauge consumers' reactions to concepts, packaging and advertisements.
