Situation
Late Friday, our client was asked to quickly provide input to evaluate a product for licensing. She wanted to understand more about how the product was used/recommended by physicians in treatment centers before a go/no-go decision was to be made on the following Thursday.

Solution & Task
Answers & Insights proposed a qualitative study with physicians. This study included 50-minute telephone interviews with physicians who were able to view the product profile via our secure Internet servers. We conducted 24 indepth interviews with physicians on Saturday and Sunday and delivered a full report to the client Wednesday afternoon.

Action
Our client was able to make a go/no-go decision with more confidence based on the information gathered.
