In her role at Answers & Insights, Christina is responsible for managing client relations and managing projects of clients on the East Coast.  Her past market research experience and proximity to our major clients ensures our ability to grow and deliver high quality projects.

Prior to joining Answers & Insights, Christina worked at Johnson & Johnson for more than eight years.  She has worked in many therapeutic categories including, but not limited to, acute and chronic pain, neuropathic pain, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism and cardiology.  Christina was responsible for the implementation of hundreds of market research projects which required her to interface with Management, Sales/Marketing, Business Development and agencies.  Her responsibilities included designing both qualitative and quantitative research methods and objectives at every stage in a product lifecycle:  new product development, licensing, new product launches, additional indication launches and mature products.  Christina conducted projects such as new product opportunity research, ATUs, message development, creative campaign development, sales aid development, war games and message recall among others.  Christina’s strengths center on her ability to develop creative ways within traditional methods to draw research participants more into the research exercise. 

Christina earned both a bachelor’s degree in Biology and an MBA with a focus on Marketing from Villanova University.

At Answers & Insights, Sara oversees client relationships, from managing project budgets and schedules to developing data analysis and reporting specficiations. 

Prior to joining Answers & Insights , Sara was a Senior Consultant at The Farnsworth Group, where she personally executed thousands of research projects with varying scopes and methodologies.  Sara started as a Data Analyst in 1999 and quickly progressed to oversee the retail consulting division by 2004.  During her time at TFG, Sara was integral in the development and execution of new methodologies designed to assess the effectiveness of merchandising elements in the retail environment. 

Prior to The Farnsworth Group, Sara was an Analyst at Strategic Marketing and Research.  While there, she focused on analytics and data mining specific to customer satisfcation and target marketing.  She also became certified in executing the methodology required for NCQA accrediation of managed care organizations and health care service providers.  Her healthcare experience includes the areas of CNS disorders, Women's Health, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Musculoskeletal conditions, Ophthalmology and Psychiatry. 

Sara is dedicated to helping clients through the entire research process, from understanding the situation and defining the goals of each study, to gathering the relevant data, analyzing information and delivering actionable results.

Sara holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Michigan State University.   She is a RIVA -trained moderator and has a Certificate of Proficiency in Quantitative Analysis from The Burke Institute.

Patrick is Answers & Insights' senior survey programmer and database manager.  He is skilled at using Sawtooth software to implement and manage sophisticated survey designs. 

Patrick sets up and tabulates data, manages sample and quotas and develops and manages the company's internal databases.  He also performs advanced statistical analyses including correlation and multiple regression analysis.  Patrick prepares qualitative data for analysis in an action driven report.  Patrick has a great technical aptitude and a particular knack for data mining and analysis.

Before joining Answers & Insights, Patrick was an account executive at AT&T.  There he sold and designed Yellow Pages advertising and conducted statistical analysis of his clients' business growth to enhance future sales.

Patrick is a graduate of Indiana University where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Distribution.  While at Indiana University, Patrick was recognized by the Dean for excellence in marketing studies.  He is a RIVA Institute-trained moderator.

Doug’s responsibilities as a market research analyst include data preparation and management, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, drafting surveys for phone, Internet and mail implementation and building and formatting final reports.  He strives to provide actionable insights for client implementation.

Doug began his career in market research while working in radio advertising sales at Indianapolis-based Emmis Communications.  Using industry-specific research software, he crafted sales proposals with specific qualitative and quantitative data to illustrate why the station demographics fit with the target market of clients.  He also developed a local competitor profile based on demographic and ratings data, which was used as a positioning tool in sales presentations.

Doug then moved into an analyst position at UnitedHealthcare, where he focused on consumer and broker segmentation, win/loss studies, customer satisfaction studies and a national rebranding campaign.  He utilized focus groups, in-depth interviews and telephone and Internet surveys to determine sales and marketing strategies.

Doug studied communications at Indiana State University and journalism at Indiana University Purdue University-Indianapolis.  He has participated in a wide range of continuing education courses, including Dale Carnegie leadership courses and seminars with The Burke Institute.  He is also a licensed brainstorming facilitator with Creative Resources, a company that teaches and encourages creative problem solving primarily in the worlds of marketing, promotion and sales.

Qualitative Center Director

Mike manages all aspects of the qualitative center, from proposals and pricing to setup and taping of focus groups and in-person interviews.  Mike specializes in the qualitative area, and is particularly skilled in in-depth qualitative analysis and summarizing interview findings.

Mike has more than 20 years experience in the market research industry, having worked at Walker Information, Strategic Marketing and Research and G & S Research before coming to Answers & Insights.  He has implemented thousands of qualitative and quantitative studies in the U.S. and abroad, and his experience spans many industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing, telecommunications and banking.

In these positions, Mike worked with his clients to identify their business issues, risks and opportunities.  This allowed him to successfully design questionnaires, execute data collection, analyze results and develop recommendations to guide strategic business decisions.

Prior to working in market research, Mike spent nearly 10 years in the banking industry in Indianapolis, where he was a vice president with Merchants National Bank & Trust (now part of National City Bank).

Mike holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Kristin, Answers & Insights' Director of Field Services, brings forth over 10 years of research experience, specifically in field service operations.  She began working for Answers & Insights in 2006 and has since streamlined the recruiting and fielding processes.  Kristin coordinates "upfront" project activities.  She'll create a recruitment plan, plan your schedule, set and monitor quotas and confirm facility logistics.  During a project she'll concetrate on respondent response, incidence, quality assurance, and show rates, while staying within your budget.  

Kristin has corrdinated many international research projects.  She has expereince coordinating schedules with your team and ours to travel for research and ensure your team in the states can view research.  Answers & Insights has experienced international partners that are held to strict standards to privde you with a successful international project. 

She is a Burke and RIVA trained moderator who has vast experience conducting in-depth interviews via telephone, telephone/internet and face to face. 

Before joining Answers & Insights, Kristin worked with Strategic Database Research in Deerfield Beach, FL.  There she worked with several large hotel chains to provide research in marketing, customer satisfaction and growth potential.  Kristin has the unique accomplishment of helping to design, organize, and implement the "World's Largest Sales Blitz" which was recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records - over 20,000 sales appointments.  

She earned her B.A. in Public Affairs Management from Indiana University.

Associate Project Manager

Andy’s key areas of responsibility include recruiting quality respondents, managing schedules and assisting with management of the Data Collection Center.

Andy’s experience includes employment at STATS, Inc., where he collected and analyzed data for CBS, FOX, Sports Illustrated and other sports organizations.  Andy also worked with clients to resolve data issues.

Prior to that, Andy worked as an assistant director at Stone Research Services.  Here he gained experience in call center operations, including day-to-day activities such as scheduling/planning hours for 50 representatives, monitoring progress and taking corrective action as necessary to complete all studies on time.

Working as student assistant in the sports information department at Indiana University, Andy helped with media guides, game notes and game day responsibilities for all varsity sports.  He was subsequently promoted and given full media relations responsibility for men’s and women’s cross country.  Andy was also the media relations contact for the minor league Richmond Roosters baseball team.  

Andy is a graduate of Indiana University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sports marketing and management.

Bonnie is responsible for project and interviewing operations at the Answers & Insights Data Collection Center.  Bonnie trains and manages the telephone interviewing and supervisory staff and oversees the quality control and production processes.  Bonnie has overall operational responsibility for data collection.

Bonnie began her career at Answers & Insights in 2007.  Before that, she worked at TeleSource/Vekstar (a mortgage lead generation company) for seven years.  She started as a customer service representative and was soon promoted to managing the call room of 100+ employees.  Bonnie also handled all human resources responsibilities.

Bonnie has great compassion and motivational skills that help her generate the productivity that is needed to make a call center successful.

April is responsible for project and interviewing operations at the Answers & Insights Data Collection Center.  April trains and manages the telephone interviewing staff and helps oversee the quality control and production processes.  April began her career at Answers & Insights in 2008. 

Prior to joining the Answers & Insights, April worked at Stone Research Services for five years.  April began her career at Stone as a market research interviewer and quickly excelled. In less than six months, she was promoted to shift coordinator, where she was responsible for overseeing the daily scheduling, monitoring, reporting and training of interviewers.  In 2003, April became the project coordinator and was responsible for all aspects of the day shift/business professional market research studies, as well as recruitment and human resource.
