Ashley founded Answers & Insights to help clients achieve market success through quality research.  Ashley oversees all administrative aspects of the company and services and supports clients.

Before founding Answers & Insights, Ashley was a retail pharmacist with Wal*Mart stores, where she began in 1999.  Prior to that, Ashley was employed by Kmart stores as a staff pharmacist for four years. 

Prior to her work in retail pharmacy, Ashley worked as a staff pharmacist in two hospitals.

While practicing pharmacy, Ashley consulted with many healthcare companies in the areas of diabetes, antibiotics, reimbursement, pharmacy practices, prescription law, recommendation behavior of pharmacists, pharmacist-physician and patient-pharmacist interactions.

Ashley has successfully moderated more than 200 projects, specializing in women's health, GERD, CNS disorders, cardiovascular and diabetes (drugs and blood glucose testing devices).  Her scientific knowledge enhances her abilities with respondents for telephone and live indepth interviews, and focus groups. 

Ashley Evans, R.Ph. holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Northeast Louisiana University.  She is a licensed Pharmacist in the State of Indiana.  Ashley is both a Burke and RIVA Institute-trained moderator.

Jeff’s main responsibilities at Answers & Insights include strategy, business development and client relations.  Jeff provides Answers & Insights with the leadership and vision it needs to service its clients well.

Prior to joining Answers & Insights, Mr. Shelton was the Director of Market Research and Sales Decision Support for Roche Diagnostics.  Jeff's duties included primary and secondary responsibility for the Accu-Chek blood glucose meters and near patient testing and diagnostics.  He led a group of five professionals in the analysis of IMS Xponent, DDD and A.  C.  Nielsen data and a group of 11 in primary market research which helped drive Roche share increases throughout his three years there.  Some projects he was directly responsible for included consumer preference, nurse and physician segmentation, consumer shopping behavior, new product testing, message testing, packaging design and testing, adoption and switching behavior, hospital buying and use and employer, insurance and employee benefits. 

Jeff is a RIVA Institute-trained moderator and has successfully conducted more than 100 focus groups and 1,000 interviews with various audiences (doctors/nurses, thought leaders, patients, employers, etc.) and across several therapeutic classes.   

Jeff was an account manager for IMS Heath's Market Research division for three years, with responsibility on accounts including Searle, Abbott, Upjohn, Pharmacia, Takeda, TAP and Ross Nutritionals.  His work involved projects in the following therapeutic areas:  migraine, anti-infectives, NSAIDS, COX IIs, urinary incontinence, glaucoma, AIDS, women's health, GERD and diabetes. 

He was involved with the launch of Rx direct-to-consumer research and longitudinal patient studies. 

Jeff was an analyst for Eli Lilly and Company for two years.  He was responsible for primary and secondary market research for Prozac and Zyprexa.  His duties also included forecasting. 

Jeff spent six years in medical sales for anti-infectives, GERD and depression and four years as a government and hospital representative responsible for insulin, cardiovascular products and contracting.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northeast Louisiana University.
