Pat provides business development leadership internally and externally by creating a seamless department that is focused on providing strategic solutions that ensure client's goals are met. She also works to introduce prospects to Answers & Insights by providing research solutions to their business decision-making challenges that help them gain competitive advantage for their markets. She continues strengthening and managing client relationships as she provides 24/7 hands on service to enhance customer satisfaction and surpass their expectations.

Before joining Answers & Insights, Patricia most recently served as vice president of sales for Lifemetrix, where she provided research and information enabling biopharmaceutical clients to further understand patterns of care and costs of care for cancer patients.  Previous to Lifemetrix, Pat served as a regional vice president for Mediconsult.com in the Chicago, Ill., area.  Working with pharmaceutical clients, she helped them use the Internet to gain access to physicians and promote doctor-patient relationships. 

As a group director for IMS Health for a decade, Pat contributed to IMS' major initiative of providing knowledge-based solutions to pharmaceutical clients, and she had responsibility for identifying business issues and opportunities, as well as using databases, technology and primary research to address them.

She has worked with several pharmaceutical companies – including Allergan, Aventis, Elan, Astellas, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Pfizer, PCS, Roche, Schering, Takeda and Wyeth – to resolve issues in market research, sales force compensation and sales force administration.

Before joining IMS America in 1989, Pat worked nine years in various healthcare roles, including facility management and the support of financial management systems in hospitals and physician offices.  Pat served as vice president of product management with Compu-Med, where she focused on stabilizing regional operations after acquisitions.  In another Compu-Med role as director of the account management division, she directed all staff and management activities of the northeast region.  As a group product manager, she developed a product line to establish Squibb as a major force in the medical information market.

Pat holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and an MBA from St.  Joseph's University.

Lindy works to introduce prospects to Answers & Insights by providing marketing research solutions to their business challenges helping them gain competitive advantage in their markets. She continues strengthening and managing client relationships providing 24/7 hands on service to enhance customer  satisfaction and surpass their expectations.

Before joining Answers & Insights, Lindy Sue established and developed new business accounts by demonstrating critical insights through TargetRx's attitudinal predictive modeling database.  These strategic insights better positioned brands for maximum competitive advantage.  The predictive approach assisted in promotional campaign development, provided a standardized, integrated approach for promotional testing and decomposed each element of the promotional campaign.
 
Lindy Sue worked in various roles for 13 years with IMS Health in both Canada and the U.S. Understanding her client's critical business issues gave her the opportunity to provide customized business solutions in the areas of promotional evaluation, sampling optimization, regression analysis, DTC effectiveness research, longitudinal patient studies and pricing analysis. She marketed and sold a Web-based tool that provided access to multiple IMS data and analyses in one central location.  Lindy Sue worked with clients to define the competitive landscape before they launched a new product.  She worked with clients such as Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, Eli Lilly, Abbott, Takeda, MGI Pharma and Reliant Pharmaceuticals. 
 
Lindy Sue "carried the bag" as a pharmaceutical representative for a Canadian division of Carter Wallace in Montreal, Quebec.  She interacted daily with office-based physicians and represented many different therapeutic classes, including gastrointestinal, pain management and some consumer products, among others.  Additionally, she has handled the advertising sales for two pharmacy magazines (one French and one English) and a physician magazine.  She has won numerous awards for her strong customer service, territory management and sales successes.
 
Lindy Sue earned a bachelors degree in business administration with a major in marketing from Western New England College in Massachusetts.  She is fluent in English and French.

John is responsible for developing and implementing communication programs designed to support existing clients and acquire new clients.

John has spent nearly his entire 30-year career in the arena of healthcare marketing. As a communications manager and account executive John has directed and developed award winning work for a variety of companies and clients. John’s work extends from developing strategy for new product introductions to daily contact with existing accounts and vendors.

His experience includes 14 years as marketing communications manager for Bayer Corporation, Diagnostics Division where he managed a department of 5-6 advertising professionals, 2 advertising agencies with a media budget in excess of 20 million dollars. He then joined Goble & Associates, a Chicago based advertising agency, as Vice President, Management Supervisor and was responsible for selling and servicing the Bayer Diagnostics, Dade Behring, Anthem Prescription and Sakura accounts.  He decided to leave the cold weather with an opportunity at Curtin and Pease, a Florida based, nationally recognized healthcare direct marketing firm. As Vice President, Client Services he developed database driven direct marketing programs for major pharmaceutical clients including GlaxoSmithKline, Braintree Laboratories, Organon, Carter-Wallace, Novartis, Bayer Pharmaceutical and Pfizer.

John has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut and has completed the requirements for the Business Marketing Association’s Professional Certification Program.
